Therapy for individuals in Oakland and across CA

Therapy that honors all parts of you.

Specializing in LGBTQIA+ experiences, trauma, money healing, and ketamine-assisted therapy.

Your story matters and it deserves to be heard.

Let’s be real—working with a therapist is one of the most vulnerable relationships you can have. That’s why finding someone you can truly be yourself with is essential so you can show up fully and without hesitation.

Imagine a place where you don’t need to hold yourself back out of fear of being judged, and where you don’t feel embarrassed for what you have to say. You finally have a space that is free of criticism and shame for who you are, what you think, how you feel, what you do, who you love, how you love, and all the ways in which you experience the world.

As a therapist, it’s important to me to show up for you in a way that honors all parts of you and helps you build a life that’s authentic to you.

I believe that our wellbeing is impacted by everything within and around us—our relationships, our health, our identities, where we live and work, our finances, the economy, systemic inequities, culture, laws, policies, and societal norms. When we experience trauma, rejection, isolation, scarcity, oppression, marginalization, and disconnection, we can feel unworthy, confused, and lose confidence in our abilities. We can end up depressed, overly worried about the future, or stuck in a freeze, fight, flight, or fawn response. We can also be really hard on ourselves.

…navigating trauma, anxiety, or depression that never seems to let up. You’re ready to feel more grounded, connected, and in control of your life.

You’re curious about going deeper since other things haven’t quite worked—

…and open to modalities like Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) or Therapy Intensives to help you move through what’s felt stuck for far too long.
